    Is there a placed in Epcot where you can eat dinner and watch illuminations, if there is what time should I try and get a reseration for? We will be there the first week in December. Thanks.

    Hi Andrea! Disney in December is magical -- you're going to love it! In my opinion the best restaurant from which to view Illuminations while dining is the Rose & Crown. 

    In December, Illuminations is scheduled for 9:30 p.m. so I would recommend you make dining reservations for 8 p.m. or so. When you arrive at the Rose & Crown, request a patio table with a view of Illuminations. (If you aren't able to snag one, you can still walk out to the patio to see the fireworks, but by arriving early, you should have a good chance at a patio table if you're willing to wait a bit). Be sure to try the fish and chips -- they're delicious!

    In December, you'll also have another option for dining while watching Illuminations. La Hacienda de San Angel is set to open this fall, and tables at this restaurant in the Mexico pavilion will have a great view of the fireworks as well.  I'd try for a similar reservation time there as well, which should have you enjoying dessert just as Illuminations begins.
