Is there any place at WDW that families can go to dance? The only one I could find is for over 21 only. We all love a dance! :)

Hi there, Beverly! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

There are actually quite a few opportunities to get your groove on at Walt Disney World Resort! It is true that there are some venues that specifically cater to older Guests but there definitively some other fun dance parties the whole family can enjoy!

The first one is the Disney Junior Dance Party! and is going to be located at Disney’s Hollywood Studios! This high-energy dance party is targeted at preschool-aged Guests and their families and features Doc McStuffins, Vampirina, Timon, and Mickey for a musical celebration. Your little ones are sure to love joining some of their favorite Disney Characters in dancing along to a collection of Disney Junior music!

The second entertainment offering, the Hakuna Matata Time Dance Party, takes place at Disney’s Animal Kingdom and is a roaring good time! This family-friendly event features beloved Disney Characters as well as games, music, and, of course, dancing! This event is perfect for Guests of all ages and is held daily at the Discovery Island Stage.

The final offering may be the one I am the most excited to share! At the Magic Kingdom, Guests can now dance and sing along to the very special Move It! Shake It! MousekeDance It! Street Party. This musical celebration is an all-new, limited-time street party developed to celebrate Mickey and Minnie! You and your family can dance along to remixes of classic songs as well as a new, original song created especially for this event!

Have a great time dancing through your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
