    As it happens, yes. 

    While they have never really attended to this need in the past, Disney is really charging things up. In the recently added New Fantasyland in the Magic Kingdom, they created a special area just as you will need. Over by the Rapunzel themed area is a series of tables, by the bathrooms and stroller parking. Many of the faux tree stumps there are equipped with a variety of plug inputs. 

    As for the other parks, such areas are not yet all there, but you should find that many of the indoor or covered restaurants have plugs near some tables. There are not a ton, so you will have to do a bit of hunting. Often there are also plugs in the bathrooms, though that is hardly an ideal place to sit and wait.
