is there a place to store a carry on bag at port orleans riverside until room is ready to check in

    Hi there, Denis!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It's my pleasure to assist you with your question!

I've stayed at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside many times in the past and have always loved the relaxing atmosphere, beautiful landscaping and rural Louisiana theming. My family loves to get a jump start on the magic by arriving as early as possible on our day of check-in. We usually head to the parks or spend a few hours at the resort pool until our room becomes available. You'll be happy to know you can store your bag with Bell Services at the resort until your room is ready.

If you have not done so already, I recommend utilizing Online Check-In to expedite your arrival process. Although your room is not guaranteed to be ready earlier, you'll be notified on the day of check-in via text or email what your room number is and when it's ready.

Consider spending a little time in the River Roost Lounge one evening to hear the entertaining Yehaa Bob Jackson. This is a complimentary show available to all Guests and always one of the highlights of our trips. Be sure to venture over to Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter to try the delicious Mickey-shaped Beignets.

I hope this information is helpful, Denis. Please stop by again with any new questions. We would love to assist you further in planning a magical trip!
