Is there a place that shows a layout/map of each resort? I've seen people say they prefer certain buildings or not to stay in a certain building do i want to be prepared when i get there. Great info- I read it daily!!!

The website wdwinfo.com has links that will take you to maps of all the Disney resorts. Go to this address:

    wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/resorts/resortmain.htm

You'll be taken to a listing of all the WDW resort hotels. Click on any one of them to find great information about each hotel, including room layouts and amenities. If you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page, you'll find a row of additional links. One of the links should say "Resort Map." Click on this and you will be taken to a copy of the resort map that is given to guests during check-in at that resort. You can get a good sense of the situation here.

If you'd like your maps all in one handy place, I suggest you purchase a copy of the PassPorter guide to Walt Disney World. This is available on Amazon.com and through most major bookstores. This guide has lots of great general WDW information, but it is particularly useful for its easy to read maps.
