    Does the 5k still take place on Castaway Cay?

    Ahoy, Keisha!
    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel As a runner myself, I love that Disney Cruise Line offers the Castaway Cay 5K! Although scheduling is always subject to change, the magical three-mile run is currently offered when the ship visits the island for runners and walkers age 10 and over. Specific information will be listed in your daily cruise newsletter, the Personal Navigator and on the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app (free for download on Apple or Android devices). In the past when I've run, the meeting spot for the run has been on ship. We all departed together around 8:15 a.m. and made our way to the starting line by the Bike Rentals (near the Pelican Point Tram Stop). Medals are typically given out and are a great keepsake from the event! It's a fabulous way to start your day in Disney's Bahamian paradise!
