Will the "pixar play zone" be continued past March 2019? We will be there in April 2019 and I showed my kids about it not realizing it was only available through March.

    Hey Howdy Hey, Meaghan!

I just saw Sheriff Woody and his Roundup Gang last weekend when I stopped in at the Pixar Play Zone at Disney's Contemporary Resort.  I can see why you and your kids would be excited about it- who wouldn't want to hang out with their favorite Pixar characters all evening?  I personally could use some Space Ranger Training or lassoing lessons!

When I spoke with the Cast Members in charge, I was told that this was intended to be a one-year pilot program, and sadly it's ending on March 31.  Most parents will agree that there is a need for child-free time while at Walt Disney World.  One little tidbit I was given is that another activity center similar to the Pixar Play Zone is in the works, possibly at Disney's Beach Club Resort.  However, no details or dates have been announced. The Disney Parks Blog is a great news source for all things Disney, so keep checking here to see if they release information soon.

Meaghan, If your kiddos are Toy Story fans, I know they'll flip for the new Slinky Dog Dash- it's my 10-year-old's favorite attraction!  Woody's Lunch Box serves up some fun themed treats that I really enjoyed, but make sure to try Mobile Ordering as this dining spot is pretty popular.  You're sure to have a toy-riffic meal!

I hope you have a Rootin' Tootin' vacation!
