    Will there be a "pirates" themed week this year at WDW? I thought that this was going to be a year with a different theme each week. If there will be a Pirate theme, I must know. My 11 year old son is a HUGE Pirates of the Caribbean fan!

    Hi, Kellie!  The schedule for the new Limited Time Magic promotion has not yet been released in full, but the announcement that was made with regard to upcoming special events did include a pirates week!  I don't have a date yet to give you, but the week is supposed to include pirate meet and greets and and pirate bands.

    If you are not there for the pirate week limited time Magic, you won't want to miss the Pirate Tutorial with Captain Jack Sparrow.  You can find this right near the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction at the Magic kingdom, and it takes place several times throughout the day.  You might also enjoy the brand new attraction at Disney's Hollywood Studios - the Legend of Captain Jack Sparrow.  This is an interactive attraction that features the Captain himself, and may be fun for your pirate loving son.
