Ahoy there, Michelle!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Your girl is about to set off on a magical adventure! Between the costumes, treasure and even a new pirate name, she’s bound to have a swashbuckling time!
Never fear! If your
princess wants to be a buccaneer, no worries! When you arrive at
The Pirates League, she gets to choose which costume suits her best. Whether it’s
Ariel or
Jack Sparrow, the Pirate Masters at the experience will gladly tickle her fancy. I think our daughters are quite similar. My daughter has been both magically transformed into
Princess Merida as well as into
a swashbuckling pirate. When asked, without hesitation, she says she liked the pirate makeover more!
Once your scallywag’s transformation is complete, she must make her rounds across the Park. First stop -
Pirates of the Caribbean, where members of her crew will greet her with “Yo ho, yo ho, the pirate’s life for me!” After that, she should set sail for Adventureland -
riding a Magic Carpet and exploring a
Treehouse are perfect activities for the adventurer!
Top off the night with the
Pirates & Pals Fireworks Voyage - a celebration of the pirate life with Captain Hook and Mr. Smee! The adventure will start at
Disney’s Contemporary Resort with a dessert feast worthy of a Pirate Queen! After that, you all will set sail for a spectacular view of
Happily Ever After!
Michelle, I wish you and your new recruit a fantastic voyage!
