    Is the pirate ship slide at storm along bay open?

    Hi Kelsey!  Welcome to planDisney!

    Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation begins tomorrow!!!  Will you be too excited to sleep tonight?

    Stormalong Bay at Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts is consistently listed among the best pools at Walt Disney World Resort, and with good reason!  With 3 acres of aquatic fun, including a lazy river, a sandy-bottom beach area, and one of the highest and best-themed hotel waterslides, Stormalong Bay is so much more than just a pool!

    Kelsey, I just double-checked with Guest Services at Disney's Yacht Club Resort and was able to confirm that the waterslide is currently available for Guests.  Splash away!  When you arrive, be sure to check pool operating hours during your visit.  If all that sliding and splashing works up your appetite, head to Beaches & Cream Soda Shop nearby for a decadent sundae.  Try the No Way Jose -- it's one of my favorites!
