Hi Sally,
We took the Pirates and Pals Fireworks Cruise when my kids were little and it was such a fun experience. Unfortunately, it has not been part of the
Enchanting Extras Collection for a few years. Luckily, some great options have sprung up in its place that your party will love just as much.
If viewing the evening fireworks from the water is your ultimate goal, then fear not! You can now book a private
Specialty Cruise with up to 10 of your favorite people. These cruises launch from the Contemporary Marina, Polynesian Marina, Grand Floridian Marina, Fort Wilderness Marina, or Wilderness Lodge Marina if you want to get a spectacular view of Happily Ever After at Magic Kingdom. If you are looking for a water view of EPCOT's fireworks, you will depart from Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts. The best part of booking one of these cruises is that you can request customized celebration banners and have the boat stocked with your favorite snacks and drinks!
If you are just looking for a party with tons of treats and a great view of the fireworks and the water is not your climate goal then there are several options for you to enjoy.
Celebration at the Top - Sip, Savor, Sparkle is an all-inclusive cocktail party at the California Grill where you can feast on sushi, appetizers, desserts, and bar drinks featuring a magical rooftop view of the fireworks. I love this event because it features some fantastic food and drink options that aren't only sweet.
If you want to be even closer to the main event, you can pick from 3 great Magic Kingdom Fireworks Dessert Parties:
Pre-Party,
Post-Party, and
Seats and Sweets. Which one you choose is simply a matter of preference. The Pre-Party and Post-Party event will both have a designated standing area for preferred fireworks viewing with desserts either before or after the fireworks. My personal favorite is the Seats and Sweets option because you get to grab your treats and then sit down to relax at a guaranteed table to watch the show!
Happy Planning,
Jenna
