Hi again, Carrie! On Pirate Night, the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique on the Disney Fantasy turns into the Pirates League. Children can make appointments for pirate makeovers of all sorts!
My son was transformed into Jack Sparrow when we were on the Fantasy last year, complete with scar, makeup "beard" stubble, full costume, hat, sword, Pirates League sash and pirate coin necklace. This is an experience he will remember forever. The pirate who did his makeover kept him engaged the entire time asking pirate-y questions, going over pirate skills and sharing tales from the high seas. I highly recommend this for any child who wants to really get into the pirate experience onboard!
Take a look at the "Packages" tab on Disney Cruise Line's
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique webpage. You'll see the different choices for the makeovers on Pirate Night including their costs. When your online check-in window opens (75 days prior to sailing for
first time cruisers), you can add one of these makeovers to your "Cruise Activities". Don't wait too long to book it, as this is a popular experience onboard the Fantasy, so the times book up quickly.
If you opt against the official pirate makeover, don't forget that guests can purchase pirate costumes and gear onboard in the gift shops or bring their own from home to wear for the
Pirates IN the Caribbean party. Have fun planning, Carrie!
