My pictures from photopasd are no longer onine after the expiration. Do you know if they can be recovered? I thought disney extended till 9/12 from our 7/10 trip but yesterday was the last day.

Oh no, Judith! I hope we can get this problem solved because I would hate for you to not have the photos of your family making unforgettable memories together!  I can't count the number of times I have realized at the last minute that our Disney PhotoPass pictures were about to expire. We have previously purchased the extension, which will change the expiration of each picture to 60 days, instead of the usual 45 days. Since you are slightly passed 60 days from the date of your first picture, the extension alone will not work for you.

While I have not personally had to make this call, I know of several of our Panelists and other Guests that have called Disney PhotoPass's office to see if any of their pictures could be saved. In some cases, there were a few pictures that could be recovered, so I am throwing extra pixie dust your way that you will have a great outcome as well! You can reach their office any day of the week at (407) 560-4300, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Good luck, Judith! Thanks for bringing this question to us, and please let us know if we can be of any assistance to you in the future.
