    I have a picode for free dining and we are staying at a value resort so it says quick service is free. Can I upgrade this to regular dining and pay the difference or will it cost me the whole dining plan amount? Thanks

    You sure can! I had this same question a few years ago and was pleased to learn that you can indeed upgrade to a different dining plan and just pay the difference between the two.
