If you have to pick up your tickets at the resort, and the check-in time is 3:00 pm, does that mean that you can not get in the park until 3:00 pm?

If you're at Walt Disney World early in the day, there is no need to wait for your fun to begin. You can can go to your WDW hotel and "preregister" as early in the day as you'd like - even first thing in the morning. This means that you'll do all the steps of checking in, except actually getting into your room. Once you preregister, you can get your Key to the World card and any park tickets or Dining Plan credits you've purchased. You can even leave your luggage with the Bell Services desk who will hold it in a secure location for you. Then you're free to go to the theme parks or Downtown Disney, explore your resort, or take a dip in the pool.

When you're at the hotel, be sure to ask about Disney's new mobile room notification service. If you'd like, the hotel can now send a text or automated call to your cell phone when your room is ready. That's one less thing to worry about when you're off enjoying the parks.

Have a great stay at Walt Disney World!
