Hi Sharon, and welcome to planDisney! Wow! In almost a month, you will be on your way to the Most Magical Place on Earth! Oh boy! I am so excited for you and your family! You all will have the most EARidescent time visiting Walt Disney World Resort during
The World's Most Magical Celebration! 3 chEARS to YOU!
Sharon, military tickets can only be purchased from your nearest military installation at the ITT or LTS office, or through
Shades of Green's Attractions Ticket office. Military tickets are not sold in theme parks. I would check your nearest installation first, and then call Shades of Green. You will receive paper stubs that say "exchange certificate" on them, and on the back, there is a barcode and a 16-digit number code. You can link the number codes to you and everyone in your traveling party on your Disney account on the
My Disney Experience app, either from your smartphone, or your computer. But keep those stubs! You will need them when you arrive at the theme parks. Make sure the servicemember traveling with you provides their military I.D. as identification at the Guest Relations office. You will only need to do this one time, once the tickets are activated, you will no longer have to visit Guest Relations each time you enter a different theme park. As far as compensation tickets, I would call the
Existing Tickets Office at (407) 934-7639, and they will guide you on the steps needed to take for those tickets.
Sharon, I hope you and your family have the most wonderful visit to Walt Disney World! Say hi to my pal, Mickey Mouse for me!
