Where can I pick up my Disney tickets

    Hi Michelle!

Purchasing theme park tickets always makes me really excited about my upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation!  If you would like to purchase your tickets once you arrive, you can do so at the ticketing windows at any of the theme park entrances or at the Lobby Concierge or Front Desk of your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel.

If you purchase your tickets online, you can either have them mailed to you or have a confirmation email sent to you.  If you choose the email delivery option, you will receive a confirmation email with a barcode.  You will take this barcode (along with the card you used to purchase the tickets and a valid photo ID) with you to the entrance of the theme park where a Cast Member will scan the barcode and give you your hard card tickets.  If you have an active MagicBand connected to your My Disney Experience account, and your tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience account, you can simply scan your MagicBand at the turnstiles and enter the park!

If you purchase Florida Resident tickets, you will also need to show proof of Florida residency at any Guest Relations location or ticket window before your first use of the tickets.  There you will be able to exchange your certificates with valid passes you can use to enter the parks.

Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!

Hi y’all!  I am an Army wife, a college instructor, a dog-mom, and a lover of all things Disney!  Planning a Disney vacation is my favorite pastime—other than actually going on a Disney vacation, of course—and I love helping others make the most of their magical trip!  If I am not at the Walt Disney World Resort, I am putting the pixie-dusted touches on my next trip!
