Hi McKayla,
I am excited to hear that you already have your tickets and are ready to go for a magical trip in November. The holiday season is one of the best times to visit Disney World because there are extra special food options, immersive holiday decorations, and events that will get you into the spirit of the season.
The ticket type that you purchased will determine whether or not you need to make
Theme Park Reservations. Theme park reservations are no longer required for date-based tickets. This means if you chose a date range when you purchased your tickets then you do not need to choose a theme park and make reservations before your trip. You also do not need to make theme park reservations if you purchased 4-Park Magic Tickets or 3-Day, 3-Park Tickets. If any of these ticket types apply to you, you will simply show up at whichever theme park you wish on each day and scan your ticket for admission.
If you are using student group tickets, sports and convention tickets, Florida Resident Discover Disney Tickets, Disney Military Salute Tickets, or an Annual Pass you will need to choose which theme park you are visiting each day and make a theme park reservation. Theme park reservations are easy to make in your My Disney Experience account. I recommend
checking theme park availability before you make your reservations to ensure that the park you want to visit each day is available. Once you confirm your theme park is available, simply click to
make a theme park reservation and log in to your account. You will follow the prompts and choose a theme park for each day of your ticket.
Since you are visiting during the holidays, don't forget to check out
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party for the ultimate holiday celebration. This event is a fabulous way to kick off the holidays with a magical parade featuring your favorite Disney friends and Santa Claus! There is also snow on Main Street to make you feel fully immersed in the magic of Christmas.
Happy Planning,
Jenna
