    hi can I have a physical card as well as it downloaded on my apple watch - just a bit concerned if my apple watch runs out of battery!!

    Welcome to planDisney! Your magical Walt Disney World vacation is just a few days away, so let's make sure all your questions are answered before your arrival.

    As wonderful as technology can be -- whether you are using your phone, watch or a MagicBand+ to access your ticket -- it is reassuring to know that you have a backup in case your charge fails. Vacation should be stress free, right?

    I'm pleased to tell you that you can request a ticket card from any Guest Relations location. Or, if you are staying in a hotel in the Disney Resorts Collection, you can ask at the front desk for a Key to the World Card that will unlock your door, access your tickets and more.

    Either card is similar in shape and weight to a credit card or gift card, so it's easy to carry for peace of mind.
