    Hello, and welcome to planDisney!

I'm so glad you were able to enjoy a trip to Walt Disney World Resort! While there are many souvenirs you can pick up at the parks, I understand how valuable pictures are – especially Disney PhotoPass photos! You are correct – the Disney PhotoPass Expiration Policy states that photos expire 45 days from the date that they were taken. However, if you're within 60 days of the photos being taken, you have the ability to purchase a one-time 15-day extension! This will allow you to have a little more time to download your photos. To do this, visit the Personalized Products page and select Expiration Extension.

If you have any more questions about Disney PhotoPass photos, you can feel free to reach out to a Cast Member by sending an email through their contact page. They will be able to help you with any next steps that may be available to you!

    Wishing upon a star,
    Michelle
