    Will photos download to my photos.

    Hi, Linette! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks so much for bringing your question to us. I adore the Disney PhotoPass Service photographers because they always manage to snap the most magical memories for my family! I am glad to hear you were able to stop by and let some of them snap your memories. In my experience, we usually have several hundred pictures to download, so I tend to download our Disney PhotoPass pictures to my laptop. When using the laptop, the photos download to your computer's Download folder. If you prefer, you can change its location to another spot by clicking the Save As button and navigating to another file.

    I just used the My Disney Experience mobile app to download one of my Disney PhotoPass photos. The photo did download to My Photos. If you are not finding it in that spot on your phone, look to see if your phone may be set up to store them in the Files or Downloads. If you have a way to check "recent downloads," then it should be able to show you where the photo went.
