My photos on my Disney experience app disappeared after I linked a new hotel reservation to my account. Am I able to recover those photos?

Hi there, Martha! Thank you for bringing this great question to us at planDisney.

When visiting Walt Disney World Resort, I love to pick up a few souvenirs to bring home – and my favorite souvenirs of all are pictures! To me, there's nothing else that captures each moment and extends the magic better. It sounds like you enjoyed taking some Disney PhotoPass photos while visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth! But oh, bother, I'm sorry to hear that they've disappeared from your view. I'd love to see if I can help retrieve them!

Martha, I would first suggest seeing if you can view your Disney PhotoPass photos online. Log in to your account, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, then click My Photos. If you purchased Memory Maker, be sure that you've downloaded your photos before they expire (45 days after they're taken). If you're still not able to view your photos, my best tip would be to contact Disney PhotoPass service – they will be happy to do everything they can to locate your missing photos!

I hope I was able to point you in the right direction today, Martha! If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to stop by again. Remember – you've got a friend in me!

Meet the Panelist: Michelle, Pennsylvania

Hello from Mister Rogers' Neighborhood, also known as Pittsburgh! My husband and I live in a little town that we affectionately call Main Street, U.S.A. where we often find ourselves seeking out ice cream, finding new adventures, and having lightsaber battles in our backyard. While we love to travel to galaxies far, far away, we consider Walt Disney World Resort our second home and I can't wait to help you add even more magic to your Disney vacations!
