Are the photopass photographers only at the parks? If not, are they at dinner at 1900 Park or any of the other character dinings.

For the most part, the PhotoPass photographers are only in the parks. There are a few exceptions to this. For example, there is a PhotoPass photographer stationed in the lobby of the Grand Floridian during the Christmas season. And there is a photographer at the entrance to Chef Mickey's, Cinderella's Royal Table, and the Princess Storybook meals. However, photographers never circulate among the diners at the character meals. If you want photos during a meal, you'll need to bring your own camera. If you want a photo of the entire family, then the servers at the restaurants are happy to take one for you using your own camera.

Have a great time at dinner.
