    What is the photo size limit for the Disney cruise online check-in?

    Hi Hannah,

    Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question. It is so exciting to start the online check-in process since it means you will be sailing away on your Disney Cruise Line holiday in no time!

    I did some checking for you and found that there doesn't appear to be a photo size limit for your security photo. There are a few things to keep in mind when submitting your photo, however.

    • Photos may be in JPG, JPEG, GIF, or PNG format. 
    • The photo must be a forward-facing, color photo from the shoulders up that is different from your citizenship identification document photo.
    • You may not wear a hat or sunglasses in the photo.
    • You will need a photo for each member of your party.  
    Cast Members review the photos, so if there is any issue with your photo you will be notified to resubmit your photo. You should receive an email notification letting you know your check-in is complete or if you need to resubmit a photo. You may also check the status of your check-in in your Disney Cruise Line Navigator app or the Disney Cruise Line website at Online Check-In under the Already Booked tab.
