Since you have noticed that one of your photos is missing and you have someone else's instead, you will try a few possible solutions to your problem first. Be sure to link all of the
MagicBands or cards that you may have used at
Disney PhotoPass locations—including your annual pass, park tickets,
Memory Maker, and Disney PhotoPass cards. As you do these, continuously refresh the page as your pictures may pop up at any time.
If you still don’t see your photo, you may use
this link to formally report a missing photo online or you may contact the Disney PhotoPass Guest Support team by calling (407) 560-4300. You will speak to a super friendly Cast Member, who will do their very best to try and locate your photos. They might need some detailed information about the attraction or experience you did not get a photo for, so be sure to have that information handy, such as when you visited the attraction, what time it was, a description of the clothes you were wearing, etc. I've seen this happen more than once and the Disney PhotoPass Guest Support team has always been able to successfully locate the missing media so do not lose hope, Margaret!
