Is photo pass worth buying if just visiting Epcot for one day

    Welcome to planDisney, Dawn!

I am a huge fan of Disney PhotoPass service.  In most of my family's vacation photos from other destinations, I am behind the camera capturing the rest of my family having fun.  With Disney PhotoPass, we can capture great photos with the whole gang.

All Guests are welcome to use Disney PhotoPass service, whether or not they purchase Memory Maker.  You can find Disney PhotoPass photographer locations using the My Disney Experience app.  On the home screen, select the location button at the bottom.  The default view is wait times at Magic Kingdom Park, but you can use the drop-down menu at the top to select PhotoPass and the filter to change the location.  There are even more options to help you find Magic Shots and Super Zoom Magic Shots.

There are several ways to purchase the photos you've captured.  If you'd like to purchase an individual photo, select the photo and then choose to order prints or a single photo download.  At this time, an individual photo download is $16.95 and prints begin at $18.95. (Prices subject to change without notice.)

If you would like several photos, the best option is to purchase Memory Maker.  Memory Maker is an entitlement that allows the purchaser to download all their Disney PhotoPass photos for one price.  The standard Memory Maker includes all photos captured within a 30-day window.  Memory Maker One Day will include all photos captured on the date of your choice.  Once downloaded, the photos are yours to share on social media or through email, or to print at home or with a third-party photo printing service.  Memory Maker may be purchased on the Walt Disney World website, or through the My Disney Experience mobile app.  To purchase on the app, use the menu button in the lower right corner of the home screen to select "Photos".  Click on any photo, and you'll see your purchase options below.  Your downloads will include any ride and attraction photos, as well as photos captured by Disney PhotoPass photographers.

While only you can decide if a Memory Maker purchase is worth it to you, I would say photos of my magical vacation memories are my most priceless souvenir.  One option would be to capture photos throughout your day, and then see how many photos you collect to decide if Memory Maker One Day is the right choice for you.

I hope that helps!  Please stop by planDisney again anytime with any additional questions you may have.  We are always happy to help.  Enjoy your visit!
