I have photo pass+ but I was wondering if it was worth it or if I should just use the free photo pass they give in the park ? This will be our first visit but wasn't sure if its worth the extra 158.00.

    Hi Hallie,

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  Memory Maker is a new service recently introduced by Disney that may interest you. Memory Maker gives you instant access to digital photos taken during your vacation, including those taken by PhotoPass photographers and on select attractions.  The main difference is that Memory Maker is entirely digital and PhotoPass+ gives you a CD and print packages from select locations.  I was able to try out Memory Maker recently and I was sold!  A few of my favorite things are:
    • You can immediately view, download and share the pictures from your account via email or to social media sites.
    • There's no limit to the number of photos or the number of times you can download them within the 45-day window.
    • Any of your friends and family who are linked on your My Disney Experience account can also view and download the photos for no additional cost.
There is a price advantage if you purchase Memory Maker in advance, plus you don't risk missing out on any of your photos since there's a three-day waiting period.  However, you can still purchase it on-site.

If you've already purchased PhotoPass+, you can still use that service.  Just be sure to active it at one of the PhotoPass locations after you arrive.  If you'd rather convert to Memory Maker, just contact Disney's PhotoPass Guest Services at 407-560-4300.  You also still have the option to purchase individual photos, too.

You can find out lots more information on the Memory Maker and Memory Maker FAQ pages.

I hope that helps answer your question, Hallie, but just let us know if we can help with anything else.

    Happy New Year!
