Disney PhotoPass photo is missing. I’ve learned from many instances of missing attraction photos in my own account to make a note in my smart device of the precise time I experience certain attractions for this exact scenario. While your attraction photos and/or videos should automatically link to your My Disney Experience account while wearing an active MagicBand or using
Disney MagicMobile Service, sometimes they don’t appear as they should. When this happens, call the helpful Cast Members on the Disney PhotoPass Guest Support team at (407) 560-4300. If you provide them with the window of time you experienced Splash Mountain and can describe what your party was wearing at that time, there’s a good chance they can recover your missing photo and add it to your
My Disney Experience account.
