    I had the photo pass pictures, which I thought I had downloaded but now cannot find them. How do I access them?

    I love adding the Memory Maker for my Walt Disney World Resort vacations, too. I especially enjoy seeing the candid pictures and videos taken at some of the attractions; they always make my entire family burst out laughing as soon as they load onto our My Disney Experience Mobile App! Disney PhotoPass pictures are one of the best keepsakes from your Walt Disney World Resort vacations, so I completely understand your wanting to access yours still! 

    Although pictures on your Memory Maker expire 45 days from the date they were taken, a Disney PhotoPass Cast Member may be able to assist you. Of course, this is not always guaranteed, but when I lost some of my pictures, I called a friendly Cast Member at Disney PhotoPass, and they were able to recover some of my photos, and hopefully, they can help you, too!
