    my photo pass pictures have disappeared! Can you please help me get them back? I was not aware they only stayed on the app for a short period of time ☹️ Is there anything you can do to help? I’m in the Uk. Many thanks🙏🏻

    As Minnie Mouse sings in my favorite Disney Sing-Along Songs movie, "taking pictures is making memories!" and I'm sure you're hoping to see all your Disney PhotoPass Service photos from your recent Walt Disney World Resort trip again! While I love all the PhotoPass photos, especially the Magic Shots, my favorites tend to be the attraction photos that I don't even know are being taken! From my recent grumpy face on Pirates of the Caribbean (I needed a DOLE Whip pick-me-up) to my hair-raising picture on the new Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, PhotoPass photos always make me smile and reminisce about my trip. 

    If your PhotoPass photos have recently expired you may be able to purchase a one-time 15-day extension to allow you access to your photos again. This would make them available up to 60 days after the photos have been taken.  You might also try speaking with a member of the Disney PhotoPass team.  They can be reached by phone at (407) 560-4300 or you can call the Disney Experts on the freephone at 0800 169 0730*. I hope that you're able to speak to someone who can retrieve your vacation photos but if not I'm sure you still have wonderful memories of all the magical days you spent at Walt Disney World Resort!
