    Are the photo pass photographers located with ALL the disney characters?

    No. There are PhotoPass photographers stationed with many, but by no means all of the characters in the parks.

    As you enter a park, located near the maps you will also find a free Times Guide which gives information about the times of specific events at that particular park, on that particular day. Listed among these times will be some character greeting times. For example, you might find on a Magic Kingdom Times Guide that Minnie Mouse will be greeting guests at her house from 10:00 a.m. until noon. If a character greeting session is listed on the Times Guide in this sort of fashion, chances are quite good that there will be a PhotoPass photographer at the greeting, but this is NOT guaranteed.

    There are also numerous character greeting that are not listed on the Times Guide. For example, sometimes characters just show up on Main Street and there's no way to predict when or who will be there. Only occasionally have I seen PhotoPass photographers at this type of greeting. My general observation (only an observation, I have never seen this written anywhere else) is that the more popular the character is, the more likely it is that he/she will have a PhotoPass photographer nearby. So, Mickey almost always has PhotoPass photographers near him, but King Louie more likely would not.

    Also, there are often photographers at the character meals. But if they are there, they will only be stationed near the entrance taking photos of guests with one specific character. If you want photos of the characters that are greeting guests during the meal, then you will need your own camera.

    When I'm touring the parks I always use a combination of PhotoPass and my own camera because I want to make sure that I get all kinds of different shots.
