Hi Karen,
Welcome to planDisney!
I am so sorry to hear that you did not receive the correct photos. Unfortunately, we had a similar experience. Thankfully, I was able to speak with a cast member with
Disney PhotoPass® Service while in the parks to find our photos and get them linked to
My Disney Experience account.
If you are in the parks, simply look for a Disney PhotoPass® Service area. Then, when you arrive, be prepared to tell them the approximate time the photos were taken and location. If you are now back at home and need to find your photos, you can
report a missing photo online or call a member of the Disney PhotoPass Guest Support Team.
It sounds like you had
Memory Maker. If so, those memories are priceless. On so many trips, we have used those photos to put together photo books to document our adventures. If you did use Memory Maker, be sure to check the expiration date of those photos.
Karen, I sent a wish to the Evening Star and am sprinkling a little extra pixie dust trusting that a cast member will be able to track down those photos. In the meantime, stay tuned to the
Disney Parks Blog for more updates on all things Disney. All of us are so excited for the opening of
Tiana's Bayou Adventure. We are
almost there!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
