Hi Delia,
Thank you for dropping by planDisney! If everyone agrees about how the tickets can now be used, you just need to make sure the girls are connected to your My Disney Experience account. If they have their own My Disney Experience accounts and are connected to your husband's account, you can simply send them an invitation to connect. Just go to
My Disney Experience online, click on My Plans, click on the Family & Friends List, and then select Add a Guest.
If their My Disney Experience profiles are managed by your ex husband, you should also be able to connect with those accounts. If your ex husband is sharing his Family & Friends List in My Disney Experience with you, try sending an invitation to connect to the girls. He should be able to accept that invitation and then you can see their profiles in your account.
It sounds like they have the tickets linked to their profiles. If so, they should be able to enter with you using
MagicBand+ or
Disney MagicMobile Service. If the girls have tickets but those tickets are not linked, your ex-husband will need to also assign the tickets to them in My Disney Experience.
If you cannot get those profiles connected online or you need help linking and assigning tickets, you can
call to speak with a cast member in Website Support who may be able to assist. Since they are currently managed by your husband in My Disney Experience, I suggest you have him available on the phone call if you have to call. Once you have tickets linked and assigned and the girls are connected in your My Disney Experience account, start making other plans!
Delia, consider
advanced dining reservations, especially for character meals. Try
Topolino's Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera for breakfast,
1900 Park Fare, or
Tusker House Restaurant. We are all excited about the grand reopening of 1900 Park Fare and, I have to say, my family adores Tusker House for breakfast as well. The characters are adorable and the atmosphere is fun!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
