What is photo pass exactly? And is it worth purchasing?

Hi Heidi!  PhotoPass is a service provided to guests of Walt Disney World in which Disney Cast Member/Photographers take your photo in choice areas of the park, such as in front of Cinderella Castle or during Character dining experience. and load your photo on a PhotoPass card.  Throughout your vacation, you are able to use the same card each time you have your photo taken by Disney Cast Members.  You can then view your photos online and share them with family for a period of 30 days.  It costs absolutely nothing to have your pictures taken, nor to view them online (although they will expire after a time).  It does cost to print them or to create keepsakes on the Disney Photopass website.

One option that they offer is a Pre-paid CD, which will include all the images you took during your vacation, and you are then able to print them either at home or at a store near you that offers photo printing.

For more information, you can access the PhotoPass website which may shed a little more light on what PhotoPass does offer.

    Hope this helps!

Meet the Panelist: Malanie, New York

Hi there! The Disney Parks have been a part of my life since I was a little girl. Introducing my children, husband, and family to all the magic that Walt Disney World can offer has led to countless moments with Mickey and Friends, Disney Vacation Club membership and fun on the high seas with Disney Cruise Lines! Our vacations are usually centered around a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth, and I am super excited to help you plan and create magical moments for you and your families!
