    If your purchase was made inside a Disney Theme Park, you can contact Merchandise Guest Services at (877) 560-6477 or email them at merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com. A friendly Cast Member will be ready to assist you. Just a quick heads-up on Disney’s merchandise return policy: most items must be returned new, in their original, unopened packaging, within 30 days of purchase. If you have your receipt, you’ll receive a full refund in the same form of payment. No receipt? No worries! You’ll receive a Disney Parks Merchandise Credit instead. While some specialty items may have different return policies, Cast Members will be happy to guide you through the details.

    Now, speaking of exciting details, if your travels bring you to Batuu between March 28 and May 11, you’re in for an out-of-this-world experience! Seasons of the Force is making its triumphant return to Disneyland Park, and this limited-time celebration is a must for any Star Wars fan. From exclusive galactic treats to themed merchandise and thrilling entertainment, the Force will be strong in Black Spire Outpost. The Disney Parks Blog recently transmitted some electrifying news: a brand-new nighttime projection spectacular, Shadows of Memory: A Skywalker Saga, will debut on March 28. Imagine the spires of Batuu illuminated with legendary scenes from the Skywalker saga, all set to John Williams’ iconic score. Pure magic, right? But there’s even more intrigue brewing in the Outer Rim. A shadowy Jedi, one of the most legendary to ever wield a lightsaber, will make his first appearance in Galaxy’s Edge. Keep your eyes peeled for this mysterious figure. You never know when he might emerge from the darkness!
