Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets.
The best way to start the process is to send an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at
ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including the following items:
-Make sure to include a copy of the front and back of your tickets (if you don’t have a hard copy of your tickets, include the confirmation numbers you received in an email when you purchased the tickets.)
-Include your name
-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached
-Where and when the ticket was purchased
-Purchaser’s name
-Form of payment used
Explain your situation in the email and within a few days, a Cast Member will respond. They may issue a credit or new
theme park tickets for you to use at a later date. Either way, it will save you lots of time on the phone and will hopefully resolve your issue so that you can start planning your next visit.
