What should a person do if they or one of the members of their party lose their Key to the World card? Love the panel! Thanks so much!!

While you should make every effort to safeguard your Key to the World card, sometimes mishaps do occur and a Key card gets lost. If you do lose your Key card, you should head as soon as possible to the guest services desk at your hotel. They will deactivate your old card (so no one else can charge to it) and issue you a new one. If you aren't at your hotel when you discover the loss, you should go to the nearest guest relations desk at a resort or guest relations office at a park and they will be able to help you.
