A warm planDisney welcome to you, Mike. Thanks for swinging by to share your question with us. It sounds like a visit to the Disneyland Resort is in your future and I'm thrilled to help.
A valid theme park ticket and theme park reservation are required to enter both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. I called and chatted with a friendly Cast Member who shared a couple of options that may work for you. You can visit the ticket booths at the main entrance to purchase tickets and make a theme park reservation in person. While you can purchase a theme park ticket on the day of your visit, there may not be any theme park reservations available so this is a bit of a risk. If you happen to live near the resort, you can visit the ticket booth in person to purchase a ticket and make a theme park reservation for a future date.
You also have the option to purchase a theme park ticket and make your reservation over the phone. Call the
phone line for Tickets and a friendly Cast Member can assist. When purchasing over the phone, tickets will be mailed to you and it could take some time for you to receive them. With your next visit just around the corner, I don't recommend purchasing this way for your upcoming visit, however, it's something to keep in mind for the future.
The Cast Member I spoke with also mentioned another way of purchasing tickets and using your MyDisney account email address to reserve a theme park reservation; however, I recommend reaching out directly to chat through this process at the
phone line for Tickets. This way you can share your specific circumstances and they can assist accordingly.
It's a great time to visit with
Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort in full swing. The resort is looking gourd-geous in its autumnal best and I can't get enough of all the
seasonal eats and treats. Be sure to check out the digital guide in the
Disneyland app for all the details on the festivities.
Mike, I hope this helps and gives you some options for securing your theme park ticket and reservation. Here's hoping all goes well and that you'll be seeing the giant Mickey pumpkin soon!
