Are we permitted to book a one night stay at Fort Wilderness Campground and are we permitted to stay at Fort Wilderness without buying a park ticket?

Welcome to planDisney, Tracey! Thanks so much for stopping by with your question about Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground!

Staying at the campgrounds is so much fun and there are many guests who visit and don't end up at the theme parks. So yes, you can absolutely visit the campgrounds and not go to any of the theme parks.

There are so many great activities to do at the Fort. Chip 'N' Dale's Campfire Sing-A-Long is always a fun time and my girls love splashing around at the pool. A golf cart is the best way to get around, too! Even if your stay is only one night, you can reserve a golf cart before your visit by calling the golf cart rental office directly.

The Electrical Water Pageant is also a fun activity at the end of the day. You can see the twinkling lights from the Fort Wilderness dock every night around 9 p.m.

Tracey, I hope this information is helpful to you as you continue to plan your trip. Please feel free to come back to see us if you have any more questions. It's always our pleasure to help you with all the details of your next vacation!
