Can I get permission to use my stroller wagon when we visit the park. I have 5 kids under 5 and 3-4 of them still require use of a stroller and my stroller wagon is the only that that’s able to accommodate them all

    Royal greetings, Queen Reynee!

I’m rolling out the magic carpet to welcome you to planDisney, just like we're setting the stage for a royal arrival! Think of it as Cinderella's crew making sure everything's a perfect fit for your magical journey. As a mom to my own little prince, I totally understand that having everything ready for your little Mouseketeers' visit to the Disneyland Resort can make all the difference for a smooth and comfortable trip.

It's important to remember that wagons are not permitted at the Disneyland Resort, as mentioned in the list of prohibited items. I hate to bring disappointing news, Reynee, but I've seen families turned away at the gate with them, and I don't want that happening to you. No one wants precious park time wasted, right? Just like Cinderella's fairy godmother had her back, I'm here to make sure you're all set.

Speaking of strollers, if you're bringing your own from home, here's a tip: make sure your stroller fits within Disney's size guidelines. The resort allows strollers to be no wider than 31 inches and no longer than 52 inches.

Now, if you're all about keeping it hassle-free, you're in for a treat. Many guests find it convenient to swing by Stroller Rental daily to rent a single or double forward-facing stroller.

And Reynee, mark my words – the Baby Care Centers are hidden gems that are seriously lifesavers. It's like the resort's best-kept secret that I can't help but share! Think of it as your getaway from the crowds, where your little ones can get a diaper change or just catch a breather. To see how wonderful it is, check out planDisney's Instagram reel and catch a glimpse of the royal treatment that awaits you and your little one!

With these tips in mind, Reynee, you'll be ready to have a magical time at the Happiest Place On Earth! I'm all ears for any other plans you're cooking up with your crew. Just think of me as your personal pixie dust sprinkler and feel free to message me directly for a quicker response next time. I'm here to drop my best tips and tricks to make your visit as magical as can be!

You’ve got a friend in me!
