    How does the Pepper Market work in Coronado Springs? Is it quick serivce or sit down? And Is it on the Disny dinning plan for 2011?

    HI G!

    The Pepper Market at Coronado Springs is a quick service restaurant open for lunch and dinner.  It is an open air food court where guests entering the restaurant are escorted to a table and given a ticket.  You walk around the restaurant selecting the foods you want and your ticket is stamped.  When you exit the market you pay your bill.  The Pepper Market is on the Disney dining plan for 2011.
