How do other people in my travel party load the Disney Experience with the same itenirary?

Hiya, Tania! I'm so glad you found the second star to the right and followed it straight on to planDisney!

To me, the only thing better than visiting Walt Disney World Resort is visiting with people you care about. Here's a little secret: magic multiplies when it's shared and your trip is sure to be an extra special one! But to make planning as easy as bibbidi-bobbidi-boo, let's take some steps to make sure that the other Guests in your travel party can view their itinerary in My Disney Experience. Let me just grab my magic wand...

Got it! As my friend Peter Pan says, "Here we gooo!"

First, you'll want to make sure that the Guests in your travel party have made a My Disney Experience account. Next, you'll want to have the person who made the travel plans to log into their own My Disney Experience account. Then, they can take some steps to share planning with the other Guests.

To do this, log into your account, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click My Family & Friends. The person who created the travel plans should be able to see the names of the Guests in the travel party with the words "Plans managed by me" next to them. Click "Update" on the right, then "Share Planning with..." Enter that Guest's email address (that's associated with their My Disney Experience account) and they will accept the plan sharing on their end!

If you don't see the words "Plans managed by me" next to their names, it's likely that these Guests already have their My Disney Experience accounts linked in the travel plans! All they'll need to do is link their hotel reservation. Have the reservation confirmation number handy and head to the Link Reservations and Purchases page to link it! And while you're at it, make sure that you've made Theme Park Reservations using the Disney Park Pass system for all Guests in your travel party. This is the best way to make sure you've reserved the parks you wish to visit on each day of your trip!

All plans should also be able to be viewed in the My Disney Experience app. Just tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines in the bottom right corner and tap "Future Plans." In fact, I would suggest taking some time to download and explore the app prior to your trip. A little like holding your own magic wand in your hand, you'll be able to check wait times for attractions, view park maps, and even mobile order food. I'm a little like Winnie the Pooh when it comes to a "rumbly in my tumbly" so I love knowing that my meals and snacks will be ready for me right when I need them.

You'll also be sure to find magic waiting for you around every corner when you visit this June with The Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration! Not only that, but the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival will be in full bloom by the time you arrive. Be sure to sample the outdoor kitchens and check out the character topiaries (Kermit is my favorite!).

    See ya real soon!
