Do both people have to be present when picking up your Florida Resident Weekday Select Pass?

    Hi Sarah!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.   Thank you so much for stopping by to ask a question about traveling to Walt Disney World using the amazing special tickets, passes & offers for Florida residents.   It's my pleasure to help you out today.

For each ticket purchased for an adult 18 years of age and older a Guest must be present to show a corresponding Florida resident identification in order to claim the tickets.   For example my brother in-law and his wife are both Florida residents,  if they both have purchased a Florida resident ticket both of them would need to present themselves along with their I.D. at a ticket window or Guest Relations location at the Theme Parks, Water Parks or Disney Springs.  My brother in-law could not show up and claim both tickets.

I hope this has helped to clear up any confusion.  Please let me know if I can answer anything else for you.  Lending a helping hand to fellow Guests is such a joy.

    Dream as Dreamers Do,

    Jen
