If we have 4 people in our party (2 adults, a 3 year old and a 2 year old) and have a reservation for 2 for an early morning quick service restaurant, can the children just sit in our laps?

    Hi there, Sarah!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I always love assisting a fellow Georgian with Disney vacation plans so thank you for coming by to see us here! It sure sounds like you have a magical visit coming up soon with your family. My children were around the same ages as yours on each of their first visits to the Walt Disney World Resort, and I can still picture the wonder on their faces as they gazed up at Cinderella Castle, gave a high five to Goofy and savored every last bite of a Mickey Bar! I treasure those memories fondly now that they are a bit older, and I am thankful for the loads of pictures we have to help remember those special times. I'm sure you're looking forward to creating some wonderful moments on your upcoming vacation!

Sarah, you should not have a problem securing a large enough table for your family to sit at during your meal. Just let the Disney Cast Member at the podium know that you have two little ones joining you so y'all can be seated at a table for four. There are also high chairs for your convenience if needed. Be sure to get some Kid's Menus for the table, as there are always some fun activities to keep Mouseketeers busy before and after the meal.

Please let us know what other questions you may have, Sarah. We are always happy to help.

    Have a magical day!
