Rebecca from PA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

All 5 people are linked with one person’s account so we don’t have individual ticket info/numbers for each ticket so we can’t link our tickets to our mobile app…hellllllp. It should not be this hard.

Hiya, Rebecca! I'm so glad you found the second star to the right and followed it straight on to planDisney!

It sounds like you're headed to The Most Magical Place on Earth in just a few weeks! You'll be coming at a wonderful time of year since you'll be able to experience everything that The Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration has to offer. Be sure to take some time to check out the Beacons of Magic in each of the parks! Not only that, but the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival will be in full bloom by the time you arrive. You won't want to miss sampling the outdoor kitchens and checking out the character topiaries (Kermit is my favorite!).

Rebecca, it sounds like one Guest has made the plans and purchased the tickets for your entire travel party. Before you're able to view your plans in your My Disney Experience app, that Guest will need to share the plans with the rest of your travel party. I'd love to help - let me just get my magic wand!

Got it! Are you ready? As my friend Peter Pan says, "Here we gooo!"

First, have your Guest log into their account online. Have them hover their mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, then click My Family & Friends. They should be able to see the names of the Guests in your travel party listed here with the words "Plans managed by me" next to each name. They'll want to click "Update," then "Share Planning with..." in order to invite each Guest to co-manage their plans. Once this invitation is accepted, you should be able to see your plans in your My Disney Experience app! You'll also want to make sure that your travel party makes Theme Park Reservations with the Disney Park Pass system as soon as you're able. This is the best way to make sure that you've reserved the parks you wish to visit on each day of your trip!

Prior to your trip, I'd also recommend taking some time to explore everything that the My Disney Experience app has to offer. A little like your own magic wand, you'll be able to check wait times for attractions, view park maps, and you'll even be able to mobile order food! As someone who often has a rumbly in her tumbly, I love knowing that my meals and snacks will be ready for me right when I want them.

If you have any other questions, please visit us again! After all, you've got a friend in me.

    See ya real soon!
