How many people are included with a DAS pass?

    Hi Karryssa!

We are so happy to have you here at planDisney. One of the things I love most about the Disneyland Resort is the importance of accessibility and ensuring that all Guests have a way to comfortably enjoy the magic. With your visit just a few days away, let's take a look at your question to set you up for a successful day in the parks.

It goes without saying that attractions are one of the main experiences of a Disneyland day, and with that, Guests have come to expect that some of their time will be spent waiting in a queue. DAS (Disability Access Service) is a wonderful tool to assist Guests who may have a developmental disability and are unable to physically wait in a traditional standby queue. Guests may inquire about eligibility and register for the DAS pass either via live chat on the website or in person at the Accessibility Services Kiosk in the Main Entrance Espalanade. In either case, the Guest applying for DAS must be present when speaking with the Cast Member.

If approved, the registered DAS Guest can then request attraction return times, one at a time, for themselves and up to 3 other Guests, for a total party size of 4. The Guest or anyone linked to the DAS Guest's ticket can make these selections in the Disneyland app by tapping the three-line icon in the bottom right-hand corner and selecting the DAS tile. Once you have tapped into your first attraction, you can make a second selection 10 minutes later. The DAS pass is not designed for Guests to skip the standby queues—your return time will be the equivalent of the current wait time. Instead, it allows Guests and their party to spend that time walking and enjoying other parts of the park.

If you have any questions or issues at all during your visit, the Cast Members at the Accessibility Services Kiosk are a great resource. They will be able to provide you with assistance or inform you of any additional resources or tools that may be available to you and your party during your visit.

Of course, Halloween Time is in its final stretch, so you'll want to take advantage of some of the limited-time experiences! My personal favorite is Jack Skellington's takeover of Haunted Mansion Holiday, and if you're a fan of Cars, you won't want to miss all the mischief Mater and Luigi and drumming up in Cars Land. It's one of the most festive times of the year to be in the parks, and you will love seeing all the characters out and about in their seasonal best!

Karryssa, I hope this was helpful! If you have any more questions for your upcoming visit or one in the future, we are always here for you at planDisney.

    Magic awaits!
