Hi Michelle! Welcome to planDisney, and thank you for submitting your question!
I am happy to hear you are considering
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort for your visit to Walt Disney World! This resort is right on the
Disney Skyliner, making travel to Disney's Hollywood Studios and EPCOT a breeze! This resort has undergone recent renovations, and the new room renovations will be a welcoming oasis after a long day at the theme parks! You absolutely can request a
room with a 5th sleeper! These rooms feature 2 Queen-sized beds and 1 pull-down bed that's child-sized, or 1 Queen bed, 1 pull-down Queen bed, and 1 pull-down child-sized bed. When you are ready to make a reservation, you can call the
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations desk, and a Cast Member can make your reservations.
Caribbean Beach is one of the largest resorts at Walt Disney World, and if you prefer staying close to the Skyliner, I recommend a room in the Aruba village of Caribbean Beach (this area is closer to Disney's Riviera Resort). The Jamaica village is also near the main Skyliner hub. Martinique and Barbados villages flank Old Port Royale on either side. Each village at Caribbean Beach has a pool, but don't forget to add an afternoon (or two!) at the main pool,
Fuentes del Morro! This Spanish-style pool features Garitas (sentry boxes), two waterslides, and water cannons, perfect for the little Pirates in your group! There is also a shipwreck play area if your Mouseketeer is preschool-aged that they can enjoy! To keep up with all the fun activities offered at Caribbean Beach, take a photo of the resorts Recreation Activities Guide when you check in.
Michelle, thank you for visiting planDisney! I hope all of this information was helpful. Feel free to send me questions at any time while you are planning your visit! You've got a friend in me!
