    Are people allowed to see the utilidors? I find it very interesting and would like to check it out.

    Yes! There are several backstage tours that allow guests to see the Magic Kingdom utilidors and other behind-the-scenes service areas. The two best ways to see the utilidors are the Keys to the Kingdom tour and the Backstage Magic tour. You can read more information about these options HERE, HERE and HERE.

    I found these tours completely fascinating. I hope you get a chance to experience one of them.
