    Hi ! I am on the penalty state for missing 3 reservations, I was wondering if I was still able to attend my current reservations that I had made prior to my penalty? Thank you!

    Welcome to planDisney, Nayely, and thanks for this great question. It sounds like you're a Magic Key holder, but you've missed some Theme Park Reservations. Let's look at ways you can still enjoy the magic at Disneyland Resort.

    As you've discovered, missing a reservation has some consequences, and when you missed that third reservation, you went on the clock for 30 days. During those 30 days, you cannot make any new theme park reservations.

    But Hakuna Matata, Nayely! The good news is that any park reservations you currently have will remain valid. Don't miss any additional reservations, and you'll be back in Mickey's good graces once your 30-day window ends. 

    I want to ensure you know how to cancel or modify any existing reservations so you won't prolong your 30-day freeze. Click the My Disneyland tab on the website and choose Ticket and Reservation Details to see options to cancel or modify your reservations. And if you have any additional questions, please call the Magic Key Holders line, and a Friendly Cast Member will be happy to help.

    Nayely, I hope your plans allow you to visit soon! While Anna and Elsa sing that some things never change, the reality is they do. Just be sure you change your theme park reservations, too!
