planDisney, Linda! I’m so glad you’ve stopped in to visit us with another planning question about your next visit to the
Walt Disney World Resort!
Right now we don’t have the option to make payments for vacation packages on the My Disney Experience app, but the option may become available in the future. However, you can make payments for the remaining balance of your vacation package online, by signing into your My Disney Experience account on a smartphone or home computer.
To start the process, sign into your
My Disney Experience account and hold your mouse over My Disney Experience in the top right corner of the page. Click on "My Plans" on the menu that appears and when this page loads, you will see your reservation information.
Once linked, you may see "Remaining Balance" with a "Make a Payment" link. If you see this link, you may click on the link and follow the prompts to make your payment. If you do not see an option for payment, you will need to call (407) 939-7675 to speak to a Cast Member to make that payment.
